Framery’s Governance Principles

Framery is a Finnish public limited liability company whose shares are listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki exchange main market. The company’s domicile is Tampere. Framery is committed to good governance by complying with laws and regulations in all its operations and by implementing recommendations for good governance.

The Company’s governance is guided by the Company’s Articles of Association and Finnish legislation, particularly the Companies Act, the Accounting Act (1336/1997, as amended, the ‘Accounting Act’), securities market legislation, and other statutes and regulations relating to the governance of a public limited liability company. Framery’s operations are also guided by its values and internal operating principles.

Framery complies with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code 2025 (the ‘Governance Code’), approved by the Securities Market Association, in its governance. If Framery deviates from any recommendation of the Governance Code in the future, it must disclose the deviation and provide a justification for it.
