Auditors

Independent auditors

Pursuant to the Company’s Articles of Association, the Company shall have one auditor, which shall be an Authorised Public Accountant firm approved by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. The term of the auditor of the Company shall end at the close of the Annual General Meeting following the election. The Company has appointed Ernst & Young Oy, Authorised Public Accountant Firm, as its independent auditor. Ernst & Young Oy has appointed Juha Hilmola, Authorised Public Accountant, as the auditor with the principal responsibility. Ernst & Young Oy and Juha Hilmola are registered in the register of auditors referred to in Chapter 6, Section 9 of the Finnish Auditing Act.

Framery’s consolidated financial statements for the financial years ended 31 December 2024, 31 December 2023, and 31 December 2022 have been audited by the firm of Authorized Public Accountants Ernst & Young Oy, with Juha Hilmola, APA, acting as the principal auditor.

Sustainability Reporting Assurance Provider

Framery has one sustainability reporting assurance provider, which shall be an Authorised Sustainability Audit firm approved by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. The terms of the sustainability reporting assurance provider shall expire at the closing of the Annual General Meeting following the election. The Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting elected Ernst & Young Oy as its sustainability reporting assurance provider. Ernst & Young Oy has notified that Juha Hilmola would act as the responsible sustainability reporting assurance provider.
