The Company’s Board of Directors approves the appointments of the members of the Executive Team. The Executive Team comprises the CEO and CFO as well as other members approved by the Board of Directors. The CEO is responsible for managing and supervising the business operations of the Company. The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day executive management of the Company in the manner provided for by the Finnish Companies Act, the corporate governance of the Company, and the instructions and orders given by the Board of Directors.
