Framery Plc’s Annual General Meeting 2026

Framery Group Plc’s Annual General Meeting, held on 27 April 2026, approved the financial statements and discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the company’s CEO from liability for the financial year 2025. The Annual General Meeting approved, in an advisory decision, the remuneration report for the governing bodies. The minutes of the Annual General Meeting will be available on the company’s website from 11 May 2026 onwards.
