Framery O VCR – the video conferencing focused variant of our pioneering office phone booth – has been selected as a recipient of the 2020 Good Design Award. The annual, international award is jointly sponsored by The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design, and The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies.
For 70 years, the Good Design Awards program has continued to recognize products and industry leaders in design and manufacturing. As the oldest and most prestigious awards program, Good Design showcases the most innovative and cutting-edge industrial, product, and graphic designs from around the world.
“It is an honor to have Framery O VCR showcased as an innovative workplace product by the Good Design Awards,” says CEO and Founder of Framery, Samu Hällfors. “Framery O VCR is acoustically ideal for video conferencing and supports the evolving needs of today’s workforce.”
Backed by extensive research and development, Framery O VCR has been configured to optimize the video conference experience. With built in power sources, superior sound insulation, and excellent ergonomics, users can take video calls with ease and ensure the call will go smoothly. Safety is also always top of mind. Framery O VCR can be easily cleaned between each use. The air quality within the pod has been tested by an accredited testing laboratory, VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. The air circulation inside Framery O VCR is much higher than the general recommendation for occupied spaces.
