Framery has annually participated and been ranked in the Great Place To Work (GPTW) competition for the past three years––and has ranked 16th on the final list for 2020. The GPTW seeks to build a better world by helping organizations become a great place to work for everyone––promoting the values in which ensure a company is creating and maintaining a healthy and happy environment.
Throughout the past three years, Framery has grown from 78 employees to nearly 350––providing us with the unique challenge of maintaining our company culture throughout time periods of rapid growth. Framery has worked to keep current employees driven and dedicated, all while attracting and onboarding over 200 new colleagues. Regardless of our growing team, Framerians have always said that the best thing about Framery is “our people.”

We believe that the GPTW program provides actionable insights, valuable research, and gives well deserved recognition to companies that are successful in creating role model work environments.
