Integrata’s Tampere office features a large open-plan layout, designed to foster collaboration. Given the office’s high ceilings, constructing traditional meeting rooms was impractical. Integrata’s IT department handled the Microsoft calendar integration of the pods beforehand, ensuring they were ready for use and booking immediately upon arrival. This seamless integration means employees can secure a meeting spot through a reservation or by simply entering a pod, with the pod automatically creating a reservation that is then visible in their calendars.

Bookable Framery smart pods elevate the convenience of meeting room management. Just like any traditional meeting room, these smart pods can be booked directly from your Microsoft or Google work calendar. This real-time availability is always up-to-date in the calendar systems, ensuring the pods are easily accessible when needed.

Beyond pre-bookings, the system offers automatic walk-in reservations: a vacant smart pod automatically creates a reservation upon entry, which is then cleared after exiting the pod.

Furthermore, the meeting display capability on the pod’s touchscreen panel shows all current bookings and allows for adjustments directly from the pod with a single touch.
