Framery today introduced One Work, a smart workstation pod built for long sessions of focused work. In a hybrid office, a private office stands empty whenever its owner works elsewhere. One Work is designed to be shared, and it creates and releases walk-in reservations automatically as people enter and leave.
“A private office used to belong to one person. One Work belongs to whoever has the hardest work that day.”

Four pods in the footprint of one office
One Work occupies 2.5 m², so four fit in the 10 m² of a standard private office. One Work is 233 cm high, with an interior ceiling height of 209.7 cm, enough to stand up, stretch or take a call on your feet. The desk sits flush to the wall, leaving the floor clear. A wide 96.6 cm doorway and a step-free 1.25 cm threshold give full wheelchair access. Large glass walls keep the space open to the office around it.
“A small room feels small when you run into its limits: a table leg you bump into, a cable across the floor, a wall close to your chair. A wall is a limit for the eye too. Glass isn’t, so the pod

borrows the space around it. The footprint stays compact, but you never feel its edges.”

Class A speech reduction
One Work is rated Class A under ISO 23351-1, the highest class for speech level reduction in office pods. It reduces speech by 30 dB. A voice at normal speaking level inside the pod reaches a person outside at the level of a whisper, and the office outside is muted to the same degree.
“You’re still part of the office. It just can’t interrupt you. Very few people have that at their own desk.”

A responsive interior
A radar sensor activates the pod upon entry, automatically tuning ventilation and lighting. The system replaces the full air volume every minute at up to 53 l/s, adapting to temperature and humidity with options for direct or indirect airflow.
Inside, a full-sized desk adjusts electronically from 68 to 118 cm for sitting or standing. One USB-C cable connects a laptop to dual monitors, while preset lighting options switch between work and video modes to keep the user evenly lit on camera.
“In a shared space, setting up is usually the first interruption. In One Work, the setup is

one cable. You sit down, plug in and start.”

Built to last for decades
Unlike a built office, One Work requires no construction and can be relocated when teams change or when the company moves.
“Framery pods are built for heavy use; we have units in the field with tens of thousands of sessions. We need our workspace assets to last for decades, not just the length of a lease.”

The pods feature a fully modular build where every component is replaceable, allowing them to be repaired, refurbished, and updated over time. Durable materials extend the functional lifespan of each pod. A third-party verified Environmental Product Declaration for One Work is publicly available at launch, giving organizations data they can use in their own carbon reporting.
Like all Framery pods, anonymized occupancy data from One Work feeds Framery’s smart office solutions, showing how often the space is used and where more capacity is needed.
