How to get the calendar back?

An administrator with access to your Framery Connect account handles your subscription – this is typically the company’s facility manager, office manager or IT team.

Reach out to the person responsible in your organization and request an update to your company’s Framery Plus subscription to restore access to the calendar on all Framery smart pods.

It’s a simple process to restore your Framery Plus Subscription and bring the calendar back to your smart pods through your organization’s Framery Connect workspace.

Select “Upgrade to Framery Plus” from the Framery Plus tab and confirm your order.

Your calendar integration settings are restored automatically, and the calendars will automatically reappear in all connected Framery smart pods once the plan has been upgraded.

How do I remove the notice displayed on the pod’s touchscreen?

You have three options to resolve the notice on the pod’s display:

1. Restore Functionality: The fastest way to get the calendar working again and remove the notice is to subscribe to Framery Plus in Framery Connect™. This will restore the calendar functionality immediately across your pods.

2. Remove the Calendar Display: If you do not wish to subscribe, you can log in to Framery Connect™ to remove the notice. You can either disconnect the calendar integration for a single pod or reset the entire calendar setup to remove it from all pods.

3. Wait for it to Disappear: If you take no action, the notice is designed to disappear on its own after a 14-day period.
