By consolidating previously disparate administrative locations into a vibrant 25,000 sqm campus, the City has prioritized an employee experience centered on ‘One City’ thinking through connection and collaboration. The success of this office renewal stems from a dual approach: data-backed workplace strategy by COMUNiTI and interior design by Bearspace.
