With over 40 years of experience, Vandekerckhove & Devos is a well-established name in the Melle region and beyond. Operating from a unique, open-plan building, the communications agency fosters collaboration and dynamic work. However, this open design also presented a significant acoustic challenge.

To create a more peaceful and focused environment, the team implemented a dual acoustic solution:

  • They introduced Framery’s smart pods, including the soundproof Framery Six for team meetings and brainstorming, and Framery One for private calls and focused work.
  • Additionally, they installed acoustic ceiling panels to absorb background noise and reduce reverberation, maintaining the space’s open feel.
